This page explains what data is processed when you use the contact form and how optional analytics and advertising measurement work.
Who handles the data
Data submitted through this website is handled by Orion360Studio. For privacy or inquiry-related questions, contact orion360studio@gmail.com.
Contact form
When you send an inquiry, we process the information you voluntarily provide: name/business, email or phone, selected service, timeline, link, budget guidance and project brief. If UTM parameters are present, source, medium and campaign are included so we can understand where the inquiry came from. We use this information to reply, clarify the project and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
Email delivery
The form passes your enquiry to the hosting server’s local mail service for delivery to Orion360Studio. This website package contains no SMTP password. The enquiry is then processed by the email providers involved in delivery. A server acceptance response does not confirm receipt in the destination inbox.
Abuse protection
The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and a short submission rate limit. The IP address is used technically only to create a temporary server-side rate-limit key. The raw IP address is not added to the inquiry email.
Retention
Inquiries are kept only as long as necessary for communication and potential project work. If the conversation becomes a client relationship, some information may be retained longer where needed to deliver the service or meet applicable legal obligations.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel are technically supported but remain disabled until valid identifiers are added to tracking-config.js. Analytics loads only with analytics consent, while Google Ads and Meta Pixel load only with consent for advertising measurement.
Your choice
Your “Necessary only”, “Analytics only” or “Allow all” choice is stored locally in the browser. You can reopen the settings below at any time and change your choice.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of data you have sent to us, and you can change your optional tracking choices. Use orion360studio@gmail.com for such requests.
